Gaffuri Srl, an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, specializes in the construction of machined iron and stainless steel structures based on customer designs. The business operates within three industrial buildings located in Tavernerio, with a total covered area of 3,600 square meters, on a 6,500 square meter plot.
It currently employs 30 people under the direction of the partners.
The company is equipped with modern systems and machinery such as:
3000x8 shears, 6000/400t press brakes, CNC oxy-fuel cutting system with attached plasma cutting, 200t mobile hydraulic press, band saws for cuts up to 700 mm, automatic saws, various saws, TIG - MIG welders, iron cutters, punching machines, notching machines, nibbling machines, spot welders, calenders, radial drills with a 1500 mm reach, pipe bender, milling machine, CNC lathe.

The workshops are equipped with eight overhead cranes with a maximum capacity of 10 tons, forklifts and a truck with a capacity of 130 quintals.

We perform CNC milling and boring operations for third parties , up to 9000x2000x1500 mm. We also offer the option of supplying complete structures, including stress relieving, sandblasting, painting or galvanizing, machining, and assembly.
